Shipping

We currently only ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. All items in an order must be shipped to the same address.

Most domestic orders are shipped via UPS. Domestic orders under 3.75 lb can also be shipped via USPS. Please note UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

All international orders are shipped via USPS. Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination and all such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

When available, you will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Orders over 25 pounds include a Heavy Order Shipping charge of $20 for each 25 pounds over the first 25 pounds. For example, if your order is 25 pounds or less, there is no charge; if it’s 26-49 pounds, the charge is $40; 50-74 pounds, $60; etc. This charge is necessary because we ship your items in multiple cartons, but the real-time shipping estimates provided by UPS / USPS to our website are based solely on the total shipping weight of the order, and the additional cost of a multiple item shipment can not be calculated by UPS / USPS at the time an order is placed.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

We’ll gladly accept returns of defective or unused and undamaged merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your original purchase.
